To have a previous theoretical and practical knowledge of Somatic Experiencing® and to facilitate the decision to start the Training.

To know the new paradigm proposed by Peter Levine with a very valuable personal application.

The aim is to RETURN INNATE WISDOM TO OUR OWN BODY and to restore the communication between body and mind.

Attendance at the workshop is a requirement for access the Training

Following the recommendations of the EASE (European Association of Somatic Experiencing®), participation in an Introductory Workshop is a prerequisite for the 3-year Training of SE™. See web: EASE

Who is it for?

The field of application of SE® is very wide as a tool to facilitate self-regulation and expand perceptive skills.

It is a highly valuable approach as a therapeutic and educational tool for:

General health professionals, educators and social workers, psychologists and psychotherapists, psychiatrists, physicians, nurse workers and social workers, physical therapists and osteopaths, educators, priests, police officers, teachers, parents, etc.

As it is especially effective in the treatment of post-traumatic stress (accidents, violent situations, surgical interventions, developmental traumas, etc.), it is highly recommended for professionals facing emergency or disaster situations.
