Following EASE (European Association of Somatic Experiencing®), participation in an Introductory Workshop is a prerequisite for the 3-year Training of SE®.
Who is it for?
The scope of application of SE® is very broad as a tool to facilitate self-regulation and expand perceptual skills.
It is a highly valuable approach as a therapeutic and educational tool for:

As it is especially effective in the treatment of post-traumatic stress (accidents, violent situations, surgical interventions, developmental traumas, etc.), it is highly recommended for professionals facing emergency or disaster situations.
The workshop will be theoretical and practical.
Please recall that attendance at an introductory workshop is a requirement to access the official training.
