What do you get from this workshop?

  • Students will have a previous theoretical and practical knowledge of Somatic Experiencing®, which will allow them to decide whether to start the training or not.
  • Knowing the new paradigm proposed by Peter Levine with a very valuable personal application.

A preview of how SE® can return innate wisdom to our own body and restore body-mind communication.

Following EASE (European Association of Somatic Experiencing®), participation in an Introductory Workshop is a prerequisite for the 3-year Training of SE®.

Who is it for?

The scope of application of SE® is very broad as a tool to facilitate self-regulation and expand perceptual skills.

It is a highly valuable approach as a therapeutic and educational tool for:

Profesionales de la salud en general, educadores y trabajadores sociales, pGeneral health professionals, educators and social workers, psychologists and psychotherapists, psychiatrists, physicians, nurse workers and social workers, physical therapists and osteopaths, educators, priests, police officers, teachers, parents, etc.
