In this 3 day workshop, we’d like to explore and deepen the ability to listen to self, the other and the dance of somatic relationship.

For this we will use touch, somatic listening and reading of the body… in addition to giving the opportunity to supervise and reflect on the work.

Even if this is also true for many other approaches, when it comes to SE, the relationship becomes an assesment for clinic work, diagnose, education, and modulation of the energetic flow of the ANS in the clinical processes.

Awareness in the perception of possible projections (in both directions…), the somatic capacity for containment and listening, plus the ability to connect somatically and through touch, are the main tools that we intend to deepen and explore in this workshop…

Resonance, empathy and tracking oneself, the other and the somatic dialogue that happens in the relationship is the key to a good practice.

This ability is a cornerstone of an efficient use of touch in the polyvagal context.
