Information and consent

By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed about the way in which SESpain collects, treats and protects the personal data which are provided to it through the web site www.somatic.experiencing.es (hereinafter, the web site), as well as the own of its connection and navigation through the Web Site (hereinafter, the “navigation”) and those other data which it may provide in the future to SESpain through the Service Contract or any other enabled means.

The User must carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been drafted in a clear and simple manner, in order to facilitate its understanding, and freely and voluntarily determine whether he/she wishes to provide his/her personal data, or those of third parties, to SEE.

Obligation to provide the data

The data requested in the forms accessible from SESpain Website are, in general, mandatory (unless otherwise specified in the required field) in order to comply with the established purposes. Therefore, if they are not provided or are not provided correctly, they cannot be fulfilled.

If you contract any of our services with us, you must provide your personal data in order to be able to provide our services with the necessary diligence.

For what purpose will SEE process the user’s personal data and for how long?

Depending on the User’s requests, the personal data collected will be processed by SESpain for the following purposes:

Provision of the service. In order to attend courses, workshops, seminars, etc., we will need to collect personal and health data, we will do so based on the contractual relationship that exists, to provide the service. We will keep the data for five years from the end of the course or workshop. After that time, we will delete them if you exercise that right.

Invoicing: In order to be able to invoice and charge you for the contracted services, we will need to collect personal billing data, we will do so based on the contractual relationship that exists when providing the service. We will keep the data for ten years from the last time you visited the center.

Commercial communications: To send information related to new and/or existing products and/or services of our company. We do this based on a legitimate interest of the person responsible, as long as you are a customer. Otherwise, we will expressly ask for your consent. We will keep your data as long as you do not tell us otherwise.

Web queries: To deal with any queries you make to us via our website. We do this by explicit consent in the contact forms. The data will be stored for five years or until you exercise your right.

Photographs and videos. To keep track of the courses. The explicit consent of the data subject is requested and will be stored for five years or until the data subject exercises his or her right.

What user data will SESpain process?

SESpain will process the following categories of data:

Identification data: first name, last name

Contract data: e-mail address, telephone number, cell phone number, postal address

Invoicing data: Tax ID

Personal data: Date of birth

In case the User provides data of third parties, he/she declares to have their consent and undertakes to transfer to the interested party, owner of such data, the information contained in this Privacy Policy, exempting SESpain from any liability in this regard. However, SESpain may carry out the necessary verifications to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with the data protection regulations.

What is the legitimacy of the processing of your data?

The processing of data necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes that require the consent of the User for its realization, will not be carried out without the consent of the User.

Likewise, in the event that the User withdraws his/her consent to any of the processing, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out.

Companies providing services to SEE, for the proper fulfillment of obligations and/or for the purposes indicated above.

Responsibility of the user

The User:

Guarantees that he/she is of legal age or legally emancipated in his/her case, fully capable, and that the data provided to SESpain are true, accurate, complete and updated. To these effects, the User is responsible for the truthfulness of all the data he/she communicates and will keep the information provided conveniently updated, in such a way that it corresponds to his/her real situation.

He/she guarantees that he/she has informed the third parties from whom he/she provides his/her data, in case he/she does so, of the aspects contained in this document. You also guarantee that you have obtained their authorization to provide their data to SEE for the aforementioned purposes.

You will be liable for any false or inaccurate information you provide through the Website and for any damages, direct or indirect, that this may cause to SESpain or to third parties.

Commercial and promotional communications

One of the purposes for which SEE treats the User’s data will be to send commercial communications, by electronic and/or conventional means, with information related to products, services, promotions, offers, events or news relevant to the Users. Whenever any communication of this type is sent, it will be addressed solely and exclusively to those Users who have authorized its reception and/or who have not previously expressed their refusal to receive the same.

In order to carry out the aforementioned task, SESpain may analyze the data obtained, for the purpose of drawing up User profiles which will make it possible to define in greater detail the services/products which may be of interest to them.

Exercise of rights

The User may send a letter to SESpain, Calle Santiago de Compostela 28, 28034, Madrid, or by e-mail to the address info@somatic.es, in both cases, with the Reference “Data Protection”, attaching a photocopy of his identity card or passport in force, at any time and free of charge, in order to:

Obtain confirmation as to whether or not SESpain is processing personal data concerning the User.

Request the deletion of their data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

The user is also informed that at any time he/she may lodge a complaint regarding the protection of his/her personal data with the competent supervisory authority.

SESpain will treat the User’s data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and will keep the mandatory duty of secrecy with respect to the same, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting for this purpose the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of your data and to avoid its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.
